Ludicolo used Creepy Look

This actually happened to me. I was wandering around the Safari Zone with my Ludicolo, and EVERY SINGLE critter ran away. I blame the kappa-platypus.

Don't get me wrong, Ludicolo is one of my favorite 3rd-gen Pocket Monsters, but that glazed stare would certainly frighten me should I see this lily pad lurker in a dark alleyway.
