Blandaconda. Because it's still a pretty plain-looking Pokemon, even though it's a dragon-type. But it's certainly an improvement over Dunesparce, yes?

And yes, the name does exceed the 10-character limit, but hey, maybe 5th gen. will let Pokemon names be up to 12 characters-Feraligator? Victorybell?
